The site-specific intervention for Homelessness Lobby Day (Massachusetts Coalition for the Homeless) in the Massachusetts State House included gifts for 300 advocates to give to their legislators. Each gift was a photograph of a homeless person by a homeless person mounted on cardboard with a string to be worn around the neck. The keynote speaker was Robert Reich.
